We are building an AI-first productivity platform that allows private capital markets (e.g. investment bankers, private equity, etc.) to create and manage complex deal documents in one place using proprietary and third-party tools with a simple AI chatbot interface. Our platform can quickly structure messy financial data, generate financial models, create company research, pitch decks, and CIMS to automate due diligence. Our platform allows teams to perform tasks in minutes that previously took days.
